“Everything exceeded our expectations, and everyone on site went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The excursions we booked through them were wonderful, and the guides were knowledgeable. Dinner at Amor Loco was a highlight, but we enjoyed all the restaurants. Appreciated that each of the pool bars had different menus. Loved staying at the adult-only property, with the option to go to the other properties.
We were in one of the lower villas, which was very convenient to the pool, but the upper villas were more private. The wildlife onsite is outstanding — sloths, monkeys, frogs, and so many types of birds — bring binoculars! The rainforest massage is not to be missed— absolutely unforgettable. Will return in the future.”

Nayara Gardens | A Rainforest Adventure for the Whole Family
“I cannot say enough good things about the Nayara resort complex. This was the second time we had stayed at Nayara Gardens, and it was even more amazing than we remembered. There is a reason it is one of the best hotels in the world. You have access to all three facilities on the property unless you have kids with you. Kids are not allowed at the adult pool, the quiet pool, and one restaurant. We traveled without our kids, so we spent most of our time at the adult pool.
The staff is top-notch. They are so helpful and want to make sure you are totally satisfied. The turn-down service at night is my favorite touch. They leave you delicious treats. The food and drinks are so good, which is not always the case at a resort. They were very accommodating to my vegan diet, and they even had the most delicious vegan cake at the coffee shop. I have to give a special mention to Larry, Andrey, and Juan Carlos at the Cielito Linda (adult) pool. They were so attentive the second we arrived at the pool, and the drinks were out of this world.
The property itself is the most beautiful place you can imagine. When you are on your balcony, you feel like you are the only person in the entire resort. You will get lots of exercise walking the hills, but you can request a golf cart if you are unable to handle that kind of walk. Get all of your excursions out of the way before you arrive at Nayara because you will not want to leave once you are there. We can’t wait to go back.”

“I can’t say enough great things about this place. Every staff member was warm, welcoming, and super helpful. We had the great fortune of running across wildlife at the resort and got to see a family of monkeys, some curassow, several sloths, and a jaguarundi. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided daily and our room was impeccably cleaned when we returned from the day’s excursions. This hotel collection really knows how to delight guests and we plan to visit their sister properties in Chile and Panama.”

Nayara Tented Camp | Glamping Like You’ve Never Seen It Before
“A truly luxurious experience. Nothing else compares, truly. From personalized check-in to check-out, every need is taken care of. This was our 3rd time here, and we’ve already booked next year’s trip. The tents are amazing, spacious, and filled with luxurious touches. Magnificent views. The restaurants on site are fantastic, a must-do for couples is Amor Loco. It definitely deserves a Michelin Star.
The romantic dinner is also amazing. But you can’t go wrong anywhere (the Nayara Roll at Asia Luna is a must if you like sushi). As for adventure and fun, they have amazing daily activities for the whole family (my favorite was tortilla making and the farmers market trip). The personalized tours are another great option, and the waterfall hiking was amazing.
I really can’t highlight how wonderful the entire staff is. From all the golf cart drivers to the amazing people who do the daily laundry service and cleaning staff to the restaurant staff and concierge staff and naturalists. Everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you have an incredible stay.

“The nicest, cleanest most unique hotel I have ever experienced. The staff was so attentive, friendly & knowledgeable. The rooms are large & beautiful. The hot mineral spring pools are therapeutic & completely private. The room, patio & private pool is surrounded by the rainforest. You can birdwatch & view sloths (if you are really lucky!) from your room. We absolutely love it & will be returning.”

“The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the resort. Special shout out to Melissa from the front desk and our excursion guides Christian and Chris. If you want to experience everything La Fortuna has to offer from seeing sloths (one sloth visited the trees around our tent multiple times – amazing being able to see one within a few feet away) to watching a huge variety of birds like the toucans, as well as enjoying the hot springs that come from the volcano in one place, then this is where you should go! The breakfasts were also amazing with so much variety and fresh fruits!”

“Best hotel ever! Its people, the views, the cuisine, the drinks. A special love to Ruby for her good vibes and attentive service, as well as to Javier who was also very cool and delighted us with her repertoire of cocktails. This is the best honeymoon place, it’s like being in the jungle and at the same time completely at one with the sea.
The views in every direction, the sunrises, the snorkeling, leaving from the resort in kayaks and on stand-up paddleboards… and that’s not all. The beach with a bar, the boat outings, and even the work they do to stop mosquitoes is superb. You can see its good results and the Hotel is of very good taste, its facilities are very nice. THANK YOU VERY MUCH NAYARA.”

“We stayed at the Nayara Hangaroa in connection with a National Geographic tour. The hotel is the top choice for a visit to Easter Island. The hotel is built in a local architectural style, feels very authentic, and is integrated well into the environment. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved the concrete floor, the distinctive shower stall, the fabulous stand-alone tub, and the beautiful view of the ocean from the outdoor seating area.
The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet. The hotel is located an easy walking distance of town, where you can find restaurants and art galleries. The swimming pool is a nice size with ocean-view seating. The fitness center is small and minimally equipped; for runners, plenty of places to run from the hotel. The hotel provides a luxury stay in a very remote part of the world.”

“We spent six nights at the Nayara Hangaroa and the location could not have been better for our time on Rapa Nui. A fifteen-minute walk to town, beautifully quiet at night with a fabulous view, and a short cab ride to anywhere if we didn’t want to walk. The staff was always so friendly and helpful, we felt very well taken care of, and there were lots of little welcoming touches during our stay. Get an ocean view room, there’s nothing better than sitting on your patio with a drink watching the sun set.”

“We could not have asked for a better hotel in a better location on a most amazing Easter Island. The room overlooked the ocean with incredible sunsets. The bed, bath, and living space were perfect and had every comfort we needed. The included tours were all informative, fun, and well planned to our specific needs.
The breakfast buffet was expansive and dinner in a separate spectacular restaurant was creative, and international, with 5-star food and wine. Wifi was good, the spa was excellent, and the service from the team – Tau, Sergio, Denise, Barbara and the rest of the team was the best. Special call out to manager Josefina who provided a service level beyond compare and made this trip to this special place PERFECTION!”

“You have a completely personalized check-in, a tour of the grounds and facilities, and a session with a guide to plan your scheduled activities. The reception staff are outstanding. The laundry came back within hours. Really nice design features throughout.
Rooms are a good size and come with an outdoor covered seating area: soft drinks and fresh water are topped up daily. There are coffee machines and on request, a tea tray is also provided. His and hers bathroom fittings, nice design features in the bathroom also.
Very pleasant bar area with good food and fine dining in the restaurant with a menu changing daily. Excellent wines. Extensive breakfast buffet and hot options as well. Excellent excursions with a very low guest-to-tour guide ratio. Good advice on clothing for the different trips as well. The guides and drivers also rustle up breakfasts and lunches with hot and cold healthy options, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and tea and coffee at breakfast. Highly recommended!”

“Who knew? In the driest spot on earth, there is a luxury hotel with beautiful rooms, great food, and incredible tours. From the airport pickup (about an hour away) to a very comfortable room with the most amazing view to a gourmet dinner, get ready for a truly unique stay. The included tours are exceptional and well-guided. From stargazing in the clearest of skies to seeing flamingos, geysers, volcanos, salt fields, and breathtaking sunsets (with wine and cheese) activities never cease.
Rooms are really comfortable, WIFI is good, bathrooms with outdoor showers as well, make the stay very pleasant. The staff is beyond helpful, led by Franco and Rosario who were perfect hosts. We had such great service from Mary who picked us up at the airport, to Maria and Jose who guided us throughout our stay to the best of guides – Claudio – and a spectacular massage from David – who could ask for more? This is an out-of-this-world experience – Nayara and the Atacama desert!!!!
