Signature Cocktails from Nayara That You Should Try at Home
This summer you can enjoy your favorite Costa Rican cocktails at home and imitate the joys of being in one of our pools, either in Cielito Lindo swim-up bar, the Hot Springs Termas Bar or in Kali-Kali’s pool. Here are some delicious drinks from Monica Gonzales, our Mixologist to try your hand at mixing them in your own outdoor party!
La Tule (From La Terraza del Arenal)
2 oz Guaro Cacique or any other neutral spirit like vodka infused with pink dragon fruit
0,5 oz Liquor 43.
0,5 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Orange Juice
0,5 oz Simple Syrup
Built the cocktail by simply pouring all the ingredients directly into a 14 oz glass, filling with ice, and garnishing.
Spicy Mango Pasión (Termas Bar)
2 oz Don Julio Blanco
¾ oz Cointreau
1 oz Lime juice
1,5 oz Mango-passionfruit and Jalapeño pure.
For the puree just blend passion fruit (fresh or frozen) with ripe mango and jalapeño to create your favorite balance of spices. For the cocktail add the ingredients into a Boston shaker full of ice, shake, and serve over a rock glass full of fresh iced previously rimmed with tajin…garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy.
Pirate Ship (Cielito Lindo and Kali-Kali Bar)
2 oz Añejo Rum
0,5 oz Passoa (passion fruit liqueur)
1 oz Passion Fruit puree
1 oz Lime Juice
2 oz Pineapple juice
1,5 oz Falernum Syrup
One Strawberry
Muddle to a puree one strawberry on the bottom of a 16onz glass, add the rest of the ingredients to the glass, stir and fill with ice, garnish and enjoy.
